Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing products from TNA Network (“ TNA Network ”).

This Return Policy applies to products you purchase from TNA Network (the “Products”). For clarity, all references to “you” mean the purchaser of the Products; however, if you purchase the Products on behalf of a business entity, then “you” means that business entity.

If you are unsatisfied with a Product, then you may return the Product to TNA Network for a refund of your original purchase price, provided you comply with the return procedures below. However, software and software licenses are not eligible for returns.

TNA Network will only issue a refund for a returned Product if (a) you email info@tnanetwork.net with a notice of the return and a description of the returned Product (and a serial number, if applicable); (b) TNA Network receives the Product within 30 days of the date on which it was delivered to you; and (c) the Product is returned in the same condition it was in when delivered to you along with all Product cables, documents, and other accessories which were included with the delivery to you.

Except for claims made under the TNA Network Warranty, you are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses related to returning the Product to TNA Network.

After TNA Network receives the Product from you and determines it is eligible for a return and refund, TNA Network will issue a refund to you in the amount of your original purchase price.
